You light your lamp to see, but it’s almost more terrifying in the gloom than in the dark. But the time frames were so far-flung and therefore so unrelatable that I found much of this book so thoroughly boring that it was a real struggle to get through.
And that leads us to what kind of book this is: And Weisman does explain just that. You have to read carefully to pick up all the hints.
